At beldi.art, your satisfaction is our priority!

• If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can request a full refund within 3 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be in its original condition and include all original packaging.

• To request a refund, please contact us through our official Instagram account: @beldi.aart.

• Refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive the returned product. It may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

• If the product is returned without its original packaging or is not in good condition, a restocking fee of up to 30% of the order value will be applied.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or defective due to shipping, in which case we will cover the return fees.

• We recommend keeping the original packaging to facilitate any return process.

How to initiate a return?

• Contact us via Instagram @beldi.aart explaining the reason for the return and provide photos showing the product condition.

• We will review your request and provide return instructions.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement, based on your preference.
